Luna is a Junior at Ranceburg South along with Ezme and Moe, but unlike them, she was never held back. Luna is normally a very shy and quiet girl, although her looks could say otherwise and is a very non-confrontational person when it comes to issues with other people. After Ezme transferred to her school, Luna became really self conscious. Luna and Ezme have been friends since the 7th grade and dated off and on since 8th.
When Ezme was 13 (Luna was 12) they found eachother by accident at their local skatepark, and the situation to this day is nearly the same: they were two of the very few girls at the park that would actually ride. they were both trying out the half-pipe for the first time and rolled right into eachother, staring at eachother enraged for about 30 seconds before Ezme got up, and helped her up, saying "i was ready to fight you, then i realized you were on my side." they asked eachother's names, exchanged IM screennames and the friendship began.
after Ezme and Luna started to hang out more, Ezme's parents wanted to meet hers—as it turned out, Luna's parents went to both High School and College with Ezme's mom, and thier sparks also re-kindled. with thier parents getting close, the two girls were together a lot more and became closer themselves. in Ezme's 8th grade year, she asked Luna to her schools Halloween dance, to which they both had to sneak out for, since thier families are against celebrating the holiday. Ezme told her that she thought she was pretty and asked her to be her girlfriend, Luna having no reason to say "no" agreed to it, and they lasted about a year before they broke up for the first time.
Luna seemingly gets along with most of Ezme's guy friends, but has underlying problems with most of her girl friends though she is civil with them. shortly before her and Ezme's first break up, Ezme had become close friends with Moe. Moe was always happy to see Luna, although after a while she gave her wierd vibes. Luna was jealous of Moe and saw her as a rebound even though they were just friends, and was afraid that Moe would take Ezme from her because of a few "vital" things they had in common that Luna had wished they did (Moe & Ezme skateboard - Luna rollerblades, Moe & Ezme are metalheads - Luna is more into indie & post hardcore, Moe & Ezme love to try new things - Luna hates change, etc..) and was often depressed and felt unincluded when Moe was around. Moe took the time to tell Luna that she would never like Ezme like that and even introduced her to her at-the-time boyfriend for proof. Luna felt better after that, and there were no problems to between her and Moe until a couple of years later when this time Moe gets wierd vibes about Luna. The second girl friend she has conflict with (who seems to have conflict with everyone) is Miranda. Miranda and Luna had gone to the same basically their whole lives, but were never friends or knew each other, partially because until Luna was in the 7th grade, they were 2 grades apart (Miranda skipped up a grade.) Luna didn't have any problem with Miranda until she started noticing her rapid changes after meeting Ezme, and the way Miranda acted when Ezme was with her. When Ezme transfered, her and Luna were dating again. she noticed that whenever Ezme and herself were in the hall together, Miranda would watch them talk or watch them closely while they kissed or hugged. they assumed it was because she was possibly "young and/or curious" and began refraining from PDA at school, or any time Miranda was around. after that, Miranda calmed down a little bit, but not for long. Miranda started hanging out with Ezme's group outside of school, and wasn't nice to Moe or Luna, Luna in particular. she would cut off her sentences, talk over her, or make sarcastic remarks where they weren't needed and considerably rude. Ezme pulled her aside and asked her to stop, and she did, again for only a few weeks. Miranda had tricked the group into thinking she was cool again, but she was really just mimicking the way the girls acted and Luna noticed first (though didn't say anything.) Luna, Moe and Ezme were all in a band together, and let Miranda join. they "practiced" for about a month with Miranda, and the girls were getting frustrated with her for never bringing her drum kit or letting them practice at or house. Moe indirectly confronted her more than once, but after being directly confronted by Ezme, she used the excuse of Luna not always bringing her bass (although in Luna's defense, she wrote music as she listened to Moe & Ezme play). Ezme told her that her reasoning was irrelevant because Miranda never wrote any music. shortly after, Miranda and Luna got in a huge argument after she said that she's never heard Luna play and that she was only in the band because she was Ezme's girlfriend. enraged, the three of them kicked her out. afterwards, Moe pointed out to Luna that she thinks Miranda is trying to get Ezme's attention when comes back to school having chopped off all of her hair and dyed it an unnatural color. They agreed that it was fishy but decided not to say anything about it, and also agreed that karma would catch up to her for whatever she's doing.
Luna lives a generally normal life. her parents are married, she lives in a nice house, gets good grades and is on a recreational soccer team. she's made fun of at school, but never stands up for herself. both Ezme's parents as well as her own don't know that Ezme and Luna were ever in a relationship, or that either of them are bisexual. Luna gets crushes frequently, which gives her jealous tendencies - though she only gets jealous when she thinks Ezme likes another girl. Luna and Ezme were eachother's first relationship, but Ezme wasn't Luna's first kiss although she was Ezme's.
